Dimitri Wheeler

Dimitri is a senior at Brigham Young University, where he will soon earn a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in Nonprofit Management. Dimitri has worked in various private and public investment roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Battery Ventures. Dimitri is a member of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and is on track to earn his designation as a Certified Nonprofit Professional in early 2021. Having a passion for inclusion and social enterprise, Dimitri has volunteered with and worked for a number of NGOs including Village Capital, a DC-based social impact investing firm. Dimitri is also a member of both Brigham Young University's Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Committee and Men's Ice Hockey Team.

Tracie Laham

Tracie is the Director of Finance Career Management and Employer Relations at the BYU Marriott School of Business.

Within this role, Tracie excels at aligning underrepresented students with opportunities. Tracie has thirty plus years of corporate business experience at American Airlines and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and has an entrepreneurial background in real estate investment. Tracie also serves as a board member of a philanthropic organization. Tracie received her MS from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Hans Pande

Hans is a senior at Brigham Young University, where he will earn a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He will be joining Boston Consulting Group following graduation. Hans is a tested investment banker having worked for Industry Pro, Crewe Capital and J.P. Morgan. Hans has a long history of non-profit work winning 4th place in the world at the Intel Science and Engineering Fair for his development of a third world water purification system using UV irradiation. He is also a NASA award recipient as well as a Rob and Melanie Walton Sustainability Solutions Scholar. Hans is passionate about novel solutions that produce perpetual results. He is also a natural leader as Co-President of the Investment Banking Club and a member of the Brigham Young University Student Council.

Wade is a Partner at Jones Day, the 5th largest law firm in the United States. Wade has over 25 years of experience representing clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and restructuring transactions in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. His practice focuses on cross-border M&A in Brazil and throughout Latin America, where he has extensive experience in the energy, transportation and infrastructure, financial services, media, and telecommunications sectors. Wade received his JD from Cornell Law School

Kristan Miller

Kristan is a marketing expert and passionate businesswoman. Kristen spent 11 years orchestrating marketing initiatives to bolster Pizza Hut and Yum! Brands' position and deliver value to customers while working in various management roles. After becoming Vice President of Brand Communications, where she led all marketing communications, Kristan founded Flight3 Marketing. As Principal and Owner of Flight3, Kristen has improved numerous Fortune 500 B2C brands such as Walmart, Mcdonald's, and Southwest Airlines with brand strategy, quantitative and qualitative research, and innovation. Kristan received her MBA from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business

Andre Bennin

Recognized in Savoy Magazine's 2020 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America, Andre serves as Managing Partner at New U Venture Partners. Andre joined NUVP from Strada Education Network, where he was Managing Director for Corporate Development, leading several fund investments. Andre previously served as Senior Operations Director for the Office of the Governor of Indiana where he managed economic and workforce development and infrastructure portfolios and provided oversight to the creation of the state's $250 million venture capital, private equity, and private credit investment vehicle. Andre earned his JD from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School

Michael Bennett

Mr. Bennett is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Crewe Capital. As head of both Investment Banking and Merchant Banking, Mr. Bennett provides capital solutions to operating businesses and investment solutions to family office clients. He has spent over 17 years developing his expertise in the areas of investment banking and alternative investments, including; private equity, private real estate, venture capital, private credit and hedge funds. Mr. Bennett has completed over 80 investment banking transactions, sits on multiple boards and is actively involved in his community by participating in various organizations with a charitable focus. He is a member of the board of directors of CharityVision and founded Crewe Kids as a grant-making organization to increase philanthropy. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

Pamela Rupper

Pamela is a mathematics and business strategy enthusiast. Pamela has been working at the AT&T headquarters for 4 years, where she has already held 3 leadership roles. Pamela has worked as a Lead Product Strategy Manager, Lead Strategic Pricing Manager, and Manager of Network Services.
Prior to AT&T, Pamela attended and received her MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management. Before that, Pamela worked as a middle and high school math teacher in Oakland, CA. Pamela was also involved with Oakland Teaching Fellows, working towards closing the educational achievement gap in Oakland.
